Updates on State Certification and the Professional Music Therapy Advisory Committee (PMTAC) (Updated 3/15/2026)
Questions related to state certification and the PMTAC should be directed to [email protected]. The task force is making efforts to disseminate information as it becomes available to the public.
The PMTAC is now responsible for the formation of state certification details. All PMTAC meetings are publicly available on the Tennessee Department of Health Website, including members of the committee, minutes and recordings of meetings, upcoming scheduled meetings, and more.
